Academic & Career Mentoring

This program is designed to help teens chart their path to higher education, addressing topics such as SAT and ACT testing, admissions, and financial aid, scholarship and grant obtainment.

College Tours, field trips will be taken to local area colleges, IE: UCLA, USC, CSUN, LMU, UCSD, as well as Historically Black Colleges (HBCU’s) out of state!

Students will work on ways to improve their academic profile to gain a competitive advantage to ensure that they have a clear pathway to success for achieving college entry and their life goals.

Students will develop a personal individualized profile and a transition plan that guides them from where they are currently to their next identified goal.
